enclosed factory, trucked to your site in about 13 weeks.

Marmol Radziner Prefab offers prefabricated, custom steel frame
residences built in its factory and shipped virtually complete.
- Four
floor plans are currently available, and more models are on
the way. If none of the floor plans suit the homebuyers needs,
they can do a custom prefab design.

Base prices starts at $215,000 for a one-bedroom plan and $295,000
for two-bedroom plans. Three bedroom plans will be available
soon.

Each home can be configured on the MR website (see link above)
by choosing interior and exterior finishes, as well as appliances
and fixtures. The website provides exact pricing based on the
various configuration options selected.

Acting as both manufacturer and general contractor, Marmol Radziner
Prefab offers four different installation options to provide
greater ease in meeting budget and site needs.
