The Little House, as a sign in the front yard reads, was the first that newlyweds Kate and Liam Nicholson viewed.
It is in their price range and the couple does not want to buy a condo, Ms. Nicholson said.

In 1912, contractor Arthur Weeden saw a real estate opportunity when the city neglected to create a cut in the curb for the neighbour’s driveway.
Since the driveway couldn’t be built, the home was built on a lot. Mr. Weeden lived there with his wife for 20 years.

Offers are being accepted beginning tomorrow.
