Kazunari Saito, a 33 year-old electrician, was arrested for giving 21 year-old Sayaka Nishizawa sleeping pills and then suffocating her.
Sayaka had contacted Kazunari through a Internet suicide website that he owned and offered him $1,700 to kill her.
The suspect told police he had been asked to “see through” the dying process.
“I want to die, how can I die?” Sayaka asked him.
Kazunari wrote back: “I will give you lots of sleeping pills. I will help.”
There was no clear reason as to why Sayaka wanted to kill herself or why she would ask for help.
