In it’s closed position, while you’re carrying it around, the MagPul FMG9 is designed to look something like a portable radio, and incorporates a detachable tactical white light.

The FMG9 mini-SMG is very slickly designed and looks like a fully-developed product, which is particularly impressive considering that, according to our understanding at present, the MagPul team developed the FMG9 on short notice specifically for the SHOT Show 2008.

    It’s as if nobody actually watched the video before making a comment. He says they have no plans to produce these things, it’s just a prototype to show the kinds of things they can do.

    Airport security would be the same. It’s just a Glock inside, so metal detector would go off and it would show up as a handgun shape in the x-ray machine.

    Also, since it’s a Glock inside, it’s likely not a sub “machine gun” but semi-auto. I’m guessing, but could be wrong on that one.

    #6, Glock does make a fully-automatic 9mm pistol.. called the Glock 18. Probably what they designed that setup for.. Sweet stuff, though!

    Cute, but drawing a hand gun from a holster would be quicker if you needed it in a hurry to protect yourself.

    americans….. whats wrong with you people????? youre all so gun and trigger happy….have you ever taken a look at the statistics, to see how many more gun killings are committed in the states compared with the rest of the world? you should be ashamed of yourselves. all this bullshit about defending yourself…..if there were no guns allowed, you wouldnt need one either…..thats what you should aspire to. now go pry that gun from his cold dead hands and make a change. soooo bloody immature….

    What the hell is wrong with you people. I suggest an easier route of just trying to get along, rather then killing each other. I know it sounds crazy, but you too can work towards not mowing each other down with machine guns whilst taking out the garbage, or walking the dog.
