Is this guy nuts, are those magic shoes, or is there some video sleight-of-hand going on here? As Bryant himself put it, “It’s Hollywood, baby.” Special effects are so user-friendly these days, creating a gag like this would be pretty easy: Shoot one shot with the car, another with him jumping, apply a traveling wipe between the two takes. Done.
