Privacy International, a non-government organization that monitors surveillance and privacy invasion, last week handed out its “Big Brother” awards to government and private sector recipients the group says have done the most to invade personal privacy in Britain.

The awards include the catagories of: Worst Public Servant, Most Invasive Company, Most Appalling Project, Most Heinous Government Organization, and the Lifetime Menace Award.

Why don’t we have these awards in other countries as well? Good idea, huh?
