An ice cream company in Chile has invented an ice cream bar that doesn’t melt.
Manufacturers Duas Rodas says the new ice cream bar can stay out of the freezer for 40 minutes without melting.
A spokesman for the firm told Las Ultimas Noticias: “Instead of melting, the new formula gets a jelly consistency and becomes transparent without losing its original flavour.”
It took the company one year to develop the new formula and then go on sale in Latin America later this year.
