Have you ever played "doctor" with your cellphone? Stripped down to its’ bare esentials (nude technology?) you get to see how they manage those deliciously slim cellphones that we see hanging around the market these days. LG and Philips LCD have worked together to create the slimmest cellphone screens in the world, with a thickness that measures only 1.3mm. This is roughly 32% to 55% slimmer than what their competitors are able to squeeze out (no pun intended).

 

Look out for the next batch of handsets – you can be sure that they will be slimmer than ever before. Definitely not for those who have lard asses as these new cellphone will probably be too fragile for your butt and will crack. We also have to wonder about what the non cell phone uses for these screens might be. Let’s get small!
