This will be done by early 2008. The seats will make it the first US airline to give horizontal seats to its business-class passengers. The seats will also include the airline’s on-demand digital entertainment system. Jim Whitehurst, chief operating officer for Delta Airlines is quoted to have said:  “The experience we’re creating for premium international travellers will offer an unmatched combination of privacy and comfort with the option to lie completely flat, unlike some competitors who offer an angled lie-flat product.”
