Studies by Stuart Brody, Professor of Psychology at the University of West Scotland, have shown that women who orgasm through sexual intercourse have lower blood pressure, more sensitive fingers, are slimmer, and release four times more of the restorative hormone prolactin after climaxing. He even claims that observers can predict which women commonly orgasm from coital sex just by observing the vivacity of their walks.

In a study of women ages 45 to 55, sexual satisfaction correlated directly to fitness. “The less exercise they got, the lower their desire and sexual satisfaction,” says study author Judith R. Gerber, PhD, a psychologist at the University of Vermont College of Medicine.
