Women often suffer when their stilettos slip off at the most inconvenient moments, causing embarrassment or injury . But now there is a solution.
A UK designer has developed a new product that can help even the highest of heels stay on and keep the wearer stumble-free . St-walkers – pronounced street walkers – are elasticated suspenders that attach around the heel of the shoe and around the wearer’s ankle, making the shoe more secure. Designer Paul Milana had the idea after his clients and female friends kept complaining about the problem . “I’d been thinking about what I term the “Cinderella Syndrome” which women often suffer when their stilettos slip off at the most inconvenient moments – usually when they’re in a rush,” the Daily Mail quoted Milana as saying.
“It’s something they can keep in their handbags and then easily slip on to their heels – it even means they can run for a bus,” Milana added.
