So much for baby boomers and their dreams of retirement from kicking back at the lake house ot long afternoons of golf.  For many boomers, the plan now calls for logging more hours at the office and renewed worries about money, according to a new poll.

 Wal-Mart already has 140 independently operated clinics in its stores across the country.

Wal-Mart may expand on its 140 in-store health clinics by partnering with outside vendors to provide chronic and preventative health care services for everything from HIV and diabetes to pregnancy testing.

Cable and computer firms along with the Federal Communications Commission have announced a program to provide low-income homes with $10 monthly broadband Internet service and $150 computers.

Reuther replied, “Henry, how are you going to get them to buy your cars?”

Red flag and IRS — two things you never want to see in the same sentence. If you’re self-employed or have a small business, chances are somewhere along the way, you’ve been told that deducting a portion of your housing costs will be a red flag for an audit.

However, this isn’t necessarily the case. And if you legitimately qualify for the home office deduction, there’s no reason to avoid it.
