Over the coming decade we’ll graduate from thousands of craft to million-drone canvases: swarms of safe, near-silent micro-drones acting as individual pixels to paint moving images across multiple square kilometers of sky. Think stadium-class brightness and IMAX-scale depth, visible from miles away. The sky itself becomes programmable media.
