Doctors have identified eight everyday activities, including drinking coffee, that often precede a stroke.
According to new research, everyday activities such as drinking coffee, energetic sex and even blowing one’s nose can burst blood vessels in the brain. Losing your temper and suffering a shock can also temporarily raise the risk of suffering a stroke among people who have aneurysms.

114.7 million households will own a television in 2012, down from 115.9 million this year.
These days fewer Americans own TV sets, research firm Nielsen has found. For the first time in 20 years Nielsen says it expects a drop in the number of U.S. households with a television set. According to Nielsen the decrease likely has to do with two factors: poverty and the rise of high-tech alternatives.

A Federal judge in Illinois has once again rebuffed a copyright troll’s request for easy court orders to allow him to connect IP addresses with people. The judge said that open wireless networks and other factors make the connection between IP addresses and defendants difficult, and that making it easy to connect people and IPs would invite extortionate legal claims…
