phone-use

Do you constantly checking your phone for new emails, even before and after work? Even from bed?  You’re not alone.

According to a survey of 1,000 working Americans by Good Technology, a firm which helps companies manage mobile devices, more than 6% of people check their phones for email for the first time before 5:00 a.m. (orange chart), and nearly 19% check them for the last time after 11:00 p.m. (blue chart.)
