Rossinavi, the renowned custom yacht builder, has introduced its pioneering hybrid yacht, the 164-foot “No Stress Two,” equipped with cutting-edge artificial intelligence (AI). This vessel, belonging to the Blue series, was launched in April and recently delivered to its owner, marking Rossinavi’s foray into sustainable hybrid yacht design.

Federico Rossi, the company’s Chief Operating Officer, emphasizes the role of artificial intelligence in enhancing the onboard experience, enabling the yacht to operate in five distinct modes, ranging from full diesel power to full electric propulsion. The No Stress Two boasts a sleek and futuristic appearance, characterized by what Lead Designer Enrico Gobbi aptly describes as an “automotive aesthetic.” The yacht features a silver exterior with a prominent black window spanning nearly three-quarters of the hull amidships. The superstructure and upper deck exhibit elegant curves, a swept-back radar arch, and large radomes atop. At the yacht’s bow, a spacious Jacuzzi enhances its allure. Gobbi elaborates on the owner’s vision for this sporty superyacht, which incorporates dynamic lines, perpetual tension in the design, and streamlined bridges reminiscent of jet wings.

Ten years after the Black Mirror episode “Be Right Back” explored the concept of cloning personalities from social media and texts, a startup called Delphi is making that idea a reality with its AI digital cloning service. Delphi has recently secured $2.7 million in funding to develop its groundbreaking technology.

To create a digital clone, users need to upload as few as four documents or as many as thousands containing their written or spoken communications, which can include emails, chat transcripts, YouTube videos, podcasts, or voicemails. Delphi will then create an AI chatbot that closely mimics the user’s personality and writing or speaking style. Users can deploy their AI clones on websites, Slack, or even connect them to a phone number to handle calls and engage in discussions on their behalf. Delphi’s partnership with voice-cloning startup ElevenLabs enables it to provide audio capabilities for the clones.

According to the senior author of the study, Vasilis Vasiliou, a professor of epidemiology at Yale University School of Public Health, “Being able to predict which patients can be sent home and those possibly needing intensive care unit admission is critical for health officials seeking to optimize patient health outcomes and use hospital resources most efficiently during an outbreak.”
