New protein discovery could lead to treatments to stop baldness.
A hair-loss protein has been discovered by scientists in a development that could pave the way for a cure for male-pattern baldness. The discovery could mean treatments are developed to suppress the protein and to stop baldness, although it would not reverse the effects to reverse hair loss.
Women have a 52 percent chance that a first marriage would survive for 20 years, while men have a 56% chance.
The divorce rate has remained high even though Americans are marrying older, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s National Center for Health Statistics.

Natural gas home refueling appliance.
The only automaker currently selling natural gas-powered passenger car s in the U.S. is Honda. The Japanese automaker wants to double sales of its Honda Civic Natural Gas sedan and to do so it wants some of its dealers to install compressed natural gas (CNG) refueling stations.

The smell of a favorite food can literally make your mouth water. But a new study suggests that the stronger a food smells, the less of it you’ll eat—so it might be time for dieters to reach for the cured fish and curry.
The study, carried out by the Institute Food and Nutrition in The Netherlands, saw participants serving themselves custard out of squeezy tubes, while different concentrations of custard aroma were wafted past their nostrils.
