Rare panda cow
A rare miniature cow with markings similar to a panda was born on a farm in northern Colorado. The so-called “panda cow” born in Larimer County is thought to be one of only about 24 in the world.
Facebook, the popular social networking site, has raised $500 million from Goldman Sachs and a Russian investor in a deal that values the company at $50 billion, according to people involved in the transaction.

The Ark
Speaking to the world’s rising sea levels, Russia-based architectural firm Remistudio proposes this arch-shaped floating hotel as a refuge from even extreme floods. Called (quite appropriately) the Ark, the futuristic structure has the ability to exist autonomously on the surface of the water. Roofus
Roofus is a radio-controlled snow plow designed to remove snow from roofs of buildings (thus, the name Roof-us) where it would be particularly risky for a human to do so.
