The Eyez video recording glasses come equipped with a 720p HD recording camera, microphone and 8 GB flash memory. The speeches by Minister Ramesh and UNEP Executive Director Achim Steiner were inspiring and made the idea of a green economy concrete and understandable. Something that befuddled me, however, was that there was no mention of energy poverty, or the electrification of rural villages on the agenda. Did I miss something?

They have developed a pill that triggers the heart to repair itself after an attack and is a major step towards one of the “holy grails” of medical research.

Tennessee lawmakers pass a new law that makes it a crime to “transmit or display an image” online that is likely to “frighten, intimidate or cause emotional distress” to someone who sees it. Violations can get you almost a year in jail time or up to $2500 in fines.
